3. Identity Verification and Biometric Data Use
As part of our KYC onboarding process, we collect a live facial image to compare with your government-issued ID to verify your identity.

Face data and ID document images are stored securely in encrypted format on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers located in the UK and/or EU.
We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard this data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data Retention
We retain face data and ID images for a minimum of 5 to 7 years to comply with legal obligations.
Upon account closure, you may request deletion of your personal data, including face data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your biometric data, subject to regulatory requirements.
